Clinical Advances in Atopic Dermatitis and Alopecia Areata

In this highly interactive, self-directed activity, expert faculty review the latest in Atopic Dermatitis (AD) and Alopecia Areata (AA), with the goal of improving patient-centered care through a greater understanding of immunological pathways, treatment considerations, impact of these conditions on patients’ quality of life, the latest data on emerging treatments, and how to apply this information into practice.

  • Review the pathophysiologic underpinnings of AD and AA
  • Describe the risk factors and common comorbidities associated with AD and AA
  • Explain burden of disease of AD and AA from a holistic standpoint, incorporating clinical and psychosocial elements
