Burnout Webinar: Start by Stopping: Part 2. Reviewing Personal Strategies to Combat Burnout

In this recorded webinar, four PAs from different parts of the country will discuss personal strategies in order to prevent and address burnout. Panelists will discuss ways to recharge for personal well-being including finding time for joy and practicing gratitude. Listeners will also be led through a practical exercise in mindfulness.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Discuss what it means to recharge our wellbeing through the practice of gratitude, and challenging our perspectives and purposeful change in our personal lives
  • Begin implementing these practices through a guided practical exercise in mindfulness
