Risk Management CME: Understanding Professional Liability

PAs are legally “professionals” and therefore have a special obligation to their patients. This activity outlines the concept of professional liability and how PAs can employ risk management techniques to mitigate the PA's exposure to liability and responsibly meet his/her legal obligation.


Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
